Taking the bus from Chengdu to Linshui. Linshui is a small city near Chongqing.

I contracted the flu sometime in Xi’an. The symptoms began to manifest on the train ride back to Chengdu. Fever, headache, and fatigue. No Covid symptoms, so I am sure it was flu. So I have spent the last few days in Chengdu sleeping, and now recovering.

At the Xi’an Museum, art students work at making replicas of artifacts that are on display.

Nanwutai Mountain is just North of Xi’an. It features a number of temples along its top ridge. A bus will take you partway up, but from there you climb a series of steep stone stairways. It is still quite far to the top.
