Take Off, Eh!

I am leaving at 1:20am, Sunday, October 8.

First destination: Chengdu, China. This is the jumping off point to visit two alpine mountain areas: Jiuzhaigou (Nine Village Valley) and Siguniangshan (Four Sisters Mountain). The Chinese seem to like to put some numbers into names for alpine places.

The trip will last six months, and encompass China, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Follow the “itinerary” link to see where I am going.
